Winds of Hoenn leftover sales will be open on January 27 and close when all items are sold out. We estimate shipping to begin in early February. Follow our social media for the latest updates and feel free to contact us via DMs or email for further questions.
We only take payments with PayPal and Stripe.
All packages will be shipped from the United States. Customers are responsible for any taxes, custom fees, or VAT fees associated with receiving their order. Please check your country’s customs to see if additional fees will incur. We will not refund shipping costs if you deny the package due to any other fees. Due to VAT requirements, we cannot sell to UK residents.
A tracking number via USPS (for domestic and Canadian customers) or Asendia (for international customers) will be provided via email once your package ships. Some countries will hold your package and ask you to pick it up from the post office. If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to the sender, we will not refund shipping costs. If your package is lost, please contact your postal service before contacting us. A package will not be considered lost until 3 months after the ship date.
Leftover sales are tracked and insured; if your copy is damaged or missing, please let us know so we can file a claim; we may not be able to replace your item. If an item is missing, please let us know and we will replace it.
